Privacy Policy

MarketScale AI is operated by CyberWave Technologies LLC, a California limited liability company ("we", "us"). MarketScale AI is an AI-powered marketing campaign generator available on the web and as an iOS and macOS app. This policy explains what data we process and why. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for cross-app or cross-site advertising tracking.

Information we process

• Content you create. Product descriptions, campaign inputs, and the marketing assets generated from them are stored so we can show your campaigns back to you. You are not required to create an account or provide your name, email, or phone number to use the service.
• Functional cookies. We set a first-party cookie per campaign so that only the browser that created a campaign can access it. These cookies are not used for advertising or tracking across other sites or apps.
• Your own AI keys (optional).If you choose "bring your own key," your Anthropic/OpenAI API key is stored only in your device's local storage and sent directly with your requests to generate content. We do not persist it on our servers.
• Subscriptions. Purchases made in the iOS app are processed by Apple through the App Store. We receive subscription status, not your payment card details. We never see or store your payment information.
• Basic diagnostics. Standard server and platform logs (e.g. error and request logs) used to keep the service reliable and secure.

AI processing

To generate campaigns we send the text you provide to our model providers (Anthropic and OpenAI) solely to produce your requested output. We instruct these providers to process the input for that purpose only.

Data sharing

We share data only with infrastructure providers that operate the service on our behalf (hosting, database, and the AI model providers above), and where required by law. We do not sell personal data.

Data retention & deletion

Campaign content is retained until you delete it. You can delete any campaign from within the app at any time, which permanently removes it and its related records. To request deletion of any remaining data, contact us at the address below.

Children

MarketScale AI is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to children under 13.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live (including the EU/EEA and UK under the GDPR, and California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete data associated with you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Because campaigns are keyed to your device rather than an identity, most of these rights are self-service: you can view and permanently delete any campaign in the app. For anything else, contact us at the address below and we will respond within 30 days. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Where the GDPR applies, our processing rests on performance of a contract (providing the service you request) and legitimate interests (security and abuse prevention), and data is transferred to the United States under standard contractual safeguards with our infrastructure providers.
